Olive Oils
On
the hills of Sonoma County grow the olives for our oils, harvested
at the perfect point of ripeness and immediately crushed in a stone
mill... the traditional method. The olive 'paste' is squeezed
through fiber mats, and allowed to settle. This centuries old
(1300's) practice insures an extra virgin olive oil remarkably low
in acid insuring intensity of color, aroma and flavor. If you
enjoy the olive oils of Tuscany you'll love ours! Each
bottle holds 375ml.
